Thank God the USDA Has Finally Come To Their Senses

The USDA is finally thinking about changing the recommended dietary guidelines for alcohol to 4 per day for men and 3 for women. The weekly limits remain the same I assume–14 for men and 7 for women.

This is what the NIAAA has called no-risk drinking for an age.

Abstinence-only treatment professionals see this possible announcement as a cause for great fear and trembling. I take quite the opposite stance.

Prohibitionist attitudes always lead to increased alcohol abuse. Factual reality can only lead to better outcomes.

Hooray for THE FACTS!!
